Barbara is the CEO of Hayley Ranch Consulting, Inc and Director of Business Development for Jansen Int. Barbara started her sales career in 1984 where she consistently ranked in the top 10% of weekly production for health insurance for small businesses. Then she began her instructional design and training career in 1995. Having instructed and designed programs for over 15,000 people, she is committed to being independently responsible and appreciates hard work, honest production, and superior results. As a highly motivated, results focused, hands on sales and training professional she loves to take on new challenges and resolving complex issues within the organization in a collaborative and innovative way, building strength and aligning groups and teams through participative leadership.

Barbara graduated from Wade College with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and continued her education in Business and Theology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She is extremely motivating and inspiring. Her ability to engage others makes her services in high demand. She is amazing at bringing the right people together, sensing greatness in others and knowing what is beneath the surface and not easily seen makes her a valuable resource for her clients.
She works tireless as volunteer and has raised $100,000's for the non-profit organizations she is involved. Her love for the men and women who sacrifice so much, give Barbara the inspiration to work so hard. She is devoted to her 13-year-old daughter, Jordan who started Kids4RTroops in 2008.
